A Christmas Light Display to Remember

It must be something to live next door to Wanda Polisseni.  Her over-the-top Christmas light display has become an annual tradition.  Cars from all over Rochester line up bumper to bumper down her street off Turk Hill Road in Perinton.

Her late husband, Gene, was a vice president of Paychex – and the couple has donated to many local charities and causes. Wanda continues to give back through the Polisseni Foundation in memory of Gene and their their daughter Kim, who died in a car accident in 1983.

The Christmas lights are a more whimsical way to spread joy to others every holiday season.  The display seems to grow every year!  Click HERE to read a newspaper article from a few years ago that explains how the tradition started.
